Mahi Pai is where tamariki come alive through music, movement, culture, and aroha - all while having fun, learning, and building positive life foundations.

We blend the magic of te reo Māori, New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL), and hauora with a bold, hip hop essence. Through our live shows, educational programmes, and special resources, we inspire tamariki to believe in themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and thrive.

Our lovable characters - like ngā Mahi Pai Taniwha, Matua Te Moa, Taiki the Train, and Pīwari the Honey Bee - bring language, learning, and life lessons to tamariki through high-energy entertainment that’s as educational as it is exciting.

We're proud to be expanding our reach by incorporating Pacific languages, starting with Samoan, so that even more tamariki feel seen, heard, and celebrated through our content.

From schools to community events, live stage shows to social media - we spread joy, connection, and culture across Aotearoa, throughout the Pacific, and now around the world - helping tamariki believe in themselves, dream big, and shine bright.
